Thanks for Your Help

Michael -- it was so fantastic that you were available to answer my call today. Once you helped Aimee find the bracket under the carriage that was hanging up the motion, she saw a big improvement in the Innova's responsiveness and ease of movement. However, it was still not where she expected it to be but she sounded convinced it was something peculiar about my machine. She said she was still very much interested in the Innova and will either go down to Amy Hunter's shop in Kansas City and try hers or wait until the Omaha Quilt Show when I believe Amy Hunter has a booth (I am checking on that).

The reason she is looking to switch from her A-1 to something else is that she has had so many maintenance issues and is not happy with customer service -- they have changed out the head three times and they still can't find the problem. I told her that would never happen with an Innova and then you proved that ABM customer service is the greatest. She was impressed. I will be at Paducah in April and will try free-motion on the show machines to see if I can tell the difference. Since I am doing all computer quilting, I don't have a problem. But if the Innova dealers want to send potential Omaha area customers to me for a hands-on trial, I need to make sure the machine works well.

Great Service

Matthew,

Wow, thank you for sending Keith over the divide.Other than the tension issue, he got the rails equal distance apart, leveled or lowered, the wheels, checked the timing, and tuned it up a bit and lowered the back take up rail. The machine is so smooth now. It used to feel like it was trying to jump off of the table. Keith installed the new tension unit and worked as hard as he could to get it to mess up. It was GREAT! I know why I purchased an Innova and all of the owners are not wrong ABM is the best, Thank you for your help.

Love My Machine

Hi Heidi,

I know that you are probably away and that you probably don't remember me. I live in Virginia, and I bought the machine factory direct from you over the phone one Saturday morning... I just want to tell you that I love my new machine. It is awesome. It's quiet...I love the open toe foot...The stitches are super. The table is the best. I'm so happy. Also I want to say thank you for the gift package that you sent. I love the little oil pen gizmo, the SITD ruler, and the Pam Clark book and stencils are wonderful. And the INNOVA pin...I will wear at my next quilt show.

Do not hesitate to call Mr. Wonderful...when I posted a problem last week, within minutes my phone rang and guess who it was..LOL..I tell you the man doesn't sleep and he loves to help us....I will NEVER buy anything but an ABM Innova...their customer service is #1.

Happy With My Innova

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my Innova. Keith did a fantastic job of installing my machine. He answered all my questions and he was extremely patient. He arrived promptly and worked non-stop the entire time. He's extremely professional and an all around nice guy. I have a question or two for Michael but the machine runs as smooth as silk.

Thank you for your assistance in getting the install scheduled in spite of everyone's busy schedule. I misplaced Heidi's email so please thank her again for me.

Adjustment to My Innova

I wanted to follow up to thank you for sending Matt Dorey to check out my Innova when he was in Denver for the Sew Expo. Matt was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He made one huge (in impact) adjustment to the carriage and several more minor adjustments which have resulted in my Innova stitching the way I knew it could/should.

Words of Praise

Dear Joanne,

I have no idea if your business is doing well or not.  What  I do know is that you have been 100% successful at the most important job in the world.  Levi is a wonderful person.  He was patient with this old lady, explained things in a way that I could understand and never seemed in a hurry or flustered if I asked him to repeat something.

In this life that we are forced to lead, remember, no one will remember if you had a expensive car, big house, lots of money.  However,  after we depart this world we will be remembred by the way our children treat others and their kindness.  That is our legacy.

It was a real joy getting to know your son and am looking forward to getting to know you, his mentor..

Loved Paula's new machine, am so happy for her.  I had been trying to get her to upgrade to the Innova but since I had so many tensions problems I think she was a little hesitant. I am glad that she had time to sit and visit with you at the Dallas Quilt Show.  I am sure she is going to have many happy hours on your machine.

Will see you when her and I come down for her class.

Proud Owner

This is a company that is passionate about their product. For anybody interested in a review of Innova, I would like to say that I am a new and proud owner of an 18" SR Innova machine. I cannot say enough words to describe how happy I am with this product. It sews beautifully and does everything I hoped for. It is a very dependable and a well made machine and frame. I have had my Innova for almost 2 months and have had 2 thread breaks!!! Both were my fault.

I bought my machine from Virginia Long arm Network and went there from Pa for Sat and Sun weekend training. Val, Michelle, and Polly are experts and I feel I had superior training. They covered everything from maintenance to loading the quilt to sewing. With their knowledge and expertise, I came home with much confidence. Greg came and set my machine up and I was sewing perfect stitches in less than 4 hours.

Customer service is phenomenal. I had to call Mike because I bought the high performance tension assembly and he walked me though the installation of it without any problem. I had noticed that when sewing circles it seemed alittle stiff and I confirmed this when I was in Va using their machines, so I had emailed Mike and the next day got a phone call from VLN saying that Greg would be at my house on a fri (Good Friday) and check it out. I did not expect anyone to come to my house especially on a long holiday weekend. Greg came and sure enough my right front wheel was loose and needed replacement(I bought a demo).The family owned company of ABM and the Virginia Longarm Network is a prime example of people who are passionate about their product and have a lot of pride and stands behind what they sell.
