Motor

All INNOVA machines are equipped with a 3000 stitch per minute one horse motor. This allows for faster more efficient quilting and better stitch regulation. The strong motor is capable of piercing multiple layer seam allowances without stalling. Coupled with the patented hopping foot, it easily accommodates the bulk found in the most difficult areas of your quilt. M Series motors have also been relocated to be in line with the lower drive shaft, stabilizing the center of gravity and improving machine smoothness.

Driveshaft

INNOVA has the largest driveshafts of any longarm quilting machine on the market today. They are supported by sealed ball bearings which eliminate the need for oiling or greasing the upper end of the machine, ensuring that your quilts stay clean.

The Navigator P2 is an excellent addition to the INNOVA® longarm quilting system. Patterns can be resized, trimmed, copied, rotated, and much more! Navigator P2 comes standard loaded with fifty patterns and is compatible with thousands of digitized quilting patterns and designs, upload .dxf patterns or INNOVA’s proprietary .pat file format. Designs are available from dozens of well-known designers online or you may draw your own by using software such as Art-n-Stitch, Pre-Design Studio, Autosketch or Pro-Q designer.

Navigator P2 robotics system operates under similar control same as found on our large format CNC industrial quilting machines.
ABM International is the original inventor of computerized quilting, holding United States Patents. Building on the INNOVA’s ability to sew 3000 stitches per minute, Navigator P2 provides a maximum travel speed of 8inches per second with an average travel speed of 4 inches per second.
Equipped with robust stepper motors and American- made electronics, the Navigator P2 easily delivers quality professional results suitable for hire to the casual home user.

Thread break recovery

An excellent safeguard, if the bobbin thread runs out you can simply move the sewhead to the exact location where stitching stopped and resume from that point.

Snap Lock Belt Release System

The incredible quick release system allows the quilter to easily go back to free-motion quilting in just a few seconds.

Polyurethane steel reinforced timing belt drive

Steel eliminates stretching and reduces backlash from the belt.

INNOVA zero-backlash transmission

The zero-backlash transmission eliminates deviations in movement.
